Personal Health – Do not come to class if you are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 (cough, cold, fever etc.), or anyone in your household has COVID-19.
Physical Distancing – Please maintain a physical distance of AT LEAST 2 m of other people at all times. Please respect this and those around you. Mats for Outdoor Yoga will be spaced accordingly. Please be mindful of others while setting up your mat or loading your board (for SUP).
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)– If you would like, wear a mask when arriving to class and decide whether or not you want to continue to wear it while participating in classes. Hand sanitizer will be available before and after class.
What to bring – Please bring your own equipment (see below). Also, bring your own filled water bottle.
Personal equipment – Please bring your own equipment. For Outdoor Yoga, your own mat, blocks, blankets etc. Shannon has a few left for sale if you need your own set. For SUP, please bring your own board, paddle, leash, PFD and any other equipment you need to store your keys, personal items. Shannon will not provide storage for any personal items.
Flow before & after classes – Please allow enough time to arrive and wait for others ahead of you to place their mats or load their boards, giving space and distance for this to happen. Same applies for after class. Participants will leave the area one at a time, giving each person more than 2 m space in order to adhere to guidelines.
Class size – Class size is limited to 6 participants for SUP events, and 15 for Outdoor Yoga. This is to ensure everyone can maintain 2 m distancing. For Outdoor Yoga, Shannon will pre-mark each spot for your mat placement. Please place your mat as you arrive as directed.
Reservations & no show policy – We require 24 hours notice to cancel your spot in a class for a full refund. This ensures that participants on the waitlist will have an opportunity to join class on time. If you are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 however, contact Shannon directly and please stay home.
Finally, please respect the comfort and boundaries of others in classes. Even though we are at a physically safe distance and outdoors, many people will still want to maintain space. Please be mindful as you are setting up and leaving, in particular, of the space and those around you.
